# Visit Planning overview

Visit Planning splits the page into three panes: accounts to consider, the week you are building, and details on whoever you have chosen. This page describes each pane, the header controls, and how your plan saves.

> **Screenshot placeholder:** Visit Planning on a wide screen with all three panes visible, two or three stops on the week grid and a stop brief open.

### The three panes

* **Suggested visits** (left): Accounts ranked by opportunity, highest first. Click a card to choose that account.
* **Week grid** (center): Your Monday-to-Friday plan. Click **Add stop** in a day's column to schedule a visit, or click an existing stop to choose it.
* **Stop brief** (right): Details for whoever is chosen: installed equipment, open orders, sales history, overdue maintenance and suggested talking points.

On a narrow screen or window, the three panes no longer fit side by side. Scroll left and right to move between them.

### Header controls

* The save indicator shows **Saving…** while Signal writes your change, **Saved** once it succeeds, or an error message if it fails.
* **Previous week** and **Next week** move you a week at a time. The label between them shows the current range, for example "Aug 31 – Sep 4." Weeks always run Monday through Friday.
* **Export Itinerary** opens a printable version of the week.

### Notes

* Signal keeps one plan per person per week. Adding or removing a stop saves the whole week immediately; there is no separate save button.
* This feature may not be enabled for your organization. Ask your Zephyr Intel contact.
