# Visit Planning FAQ

### Questions

#### Why can't I find an account in the Add a stop list?

The **Account** list in **Add a stop** only shows the accounts in the Suggested visits rail, up to eight, and only the ones not already scheduled this week. If the account you want is not ranked in this week's top eight, or it is already on the week grid, it will not appear. There is no way to add an account that is not on the list.

#### What does "No live signals for this account" mean?

You chose a scheduled stop whose account no longer has current signal data, most often because it is no longer active in your customer directory. The stop stays on your week grid, but Signal cannot build a brief for it.

#### Why does the header show an error instead of "Saved"?

Signal shows the error message it received when a save failed, undoes the change you were making, and keeps your week as it was before. Try the action again. If the error keeps happening, ask your Zephyr Intel contact.

#### Why is Sales history empty for some accounts?

If your organization's sales data has not been connected, this area shows "No order history yet." for every account, until that connection is made.
