# Use the Stop brief

The Stop brief on the right shows what you need to know about an account before you visit: what they run, what is open, and what to bring up.

### The subtitle

Below the account name, the subtitle shows the account's location, whether it is a distributor or an end user, and its opportunity score, for example "Houston, TX · End user · Opportunity score 82."

### The four cards

| Card | What it shows |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Installed base** | The number of installed assets, then up to three matched product lines with counts, or "No line-card match yet" if none match. |
| **Open orders** | The dollar value of open orders and how many are waiting, or "None" if there are no open orders. |
| **Sales history** | Whether orders are rising, steady or declining, days since the last order, and trailing 12-month aftermarket revenue when it is available. |
| **Maintenance due** | The number of overdue maintenance events and their dollar value, or "Current" if none are overdue. |

### Suggested talking points

Below the cards, Signal lists up to three talking points in priority order: closing an open order, quoting overdue maintenance, rebuilding a relationship after a long gap, addressing a declining trend, or leaving behind a potential summary. If none of these apply, it suggests walking the installed base and verifying serial coverage.

### Notes

* If a scheduled stop's account no longer has live signals, the brief shows the account name and "No live signals for this account — it may no longer be in the customer directory."
* Before you choose anything, the panel shows "Select an account or stop to generate the brief."
* If your organization's sales data has not been connected, this area shows "No order history yet."
* This feature may not be enabled for your organization. Ask your Zephyr Intel contact.
