# Read the Suggested visits rail

The Suggested visits rail on the left ranks your accounts so you know who to schedule first. This page explains the score, the chips, and how the ranking works.

### How accounts are ranked

Signal ranks every active account by its opportunity score, highest first. Accounts with the same score are ranked by modeled aftermarket potential next. The rail's badge reads **Ranked by signal**, and the rail shows the top 8 accounts.

### The score ring

Each card shows a ring with a number from 0 to 100, the account's opportunity score. The ring's color tells you the band at a glance:

| Color | Score |
| ----- | ------------ |
| Green | 75 or higher |
| Blue | 50 to 74 |
| Amber | Below 50 |

### Signal chips

Each card shows up to three chips that explain why the account is ranked where it is.

| Chip | What it means |
| ------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **{$} potential** | Modeled aftermarket potential for the account's installed assets. |
| **Order {$} pending** | An open order is waiting to close. |
| **{n} maint. overdue** | Overdue maintenance events on the account's assets. |
| **{d}d since order** | No order in 90 days or more. |
| **Declining trend** | The account's revenue trend is declining. |
| **{n} new assets mapped** | Newly mapped assets since the last review. |
| **Via {distributor}** | The account is served through a distributor. |

### Using the rail

Click a card to choose that account. If the account already has a stop scheduled this week, Signal chooses that stop too and builds its brief in the right pane.

### Notes

* While customers and assets are still loading, the rail shows placeholder cards. If no accounts have signals yet, it shows "No account signals yet. Suggestions appear once customers and assets finish loading."
* This feature may not be enabled for your organization. Ask your Zephyr Intel contact.
