# Export the week itinerary

Export your week as a printable itinerary to take with you or hand to someone else. Do this once your week is planned.

### Steps

1. Click **Export Itinerary** in the header. The **Week itinerary** dialog opens, showing the week's date range.
2. Review the stops listed under each day, with time, account and purpose.
3. Click **Download PDF**.

### What you see

Clicking **Download PDF** opens your browser's print dialog, not a file Signal generates. Choose **Save as PDF** in that dialog to get a PDF, or choose a printer to print the itinerary. Signal also shows a toast, "Itinerary ready to print/save as PDF."

The itinerary lists each day that has stops, with each stop's time, account and purpose, followed by a total line with the stop count, the number of days with visits and, when it applies, the potential in play for the week. If no stops are scheduled, it shows "No stops scheduled this week yet."

### Notes

* Saving as a PDF depends on your browser's print dialog offering that option. Signal does not generate or store a PDF file itself.
* This feature may not be enabled for your organization. Ask your Zephyr Intel contact.
