# Questions

## Why can't I choose Per variant in the wizard?

Per variant is reserved for a future release. Choosing it today models the same single baseline for the whole line as **Whole product line** does.

## Why are Install count × rate and Benchmark disabled in the Baseline step?

Those methods are marked **Soon** and are not available yet. **Flat $ / yr** is the only method you can choose today.

## Why does a line show "Not set" for Line potential / yr?

"Not set" means no one has modeled a baseline for that line yet. Select the line and click **Set potential with the wizard** to add one.

## Why does a KPI show a dash instead of a number?

A dash means there is nothing to show yet. **Modeled Potential / Yr** shows a dash when no line has a modeled potential, and a line's **Potential / asset / yr** shows a dash when that line has no baseline set.

## Why does Assets Mapped say "catalog syncing…"?

Your organization's asset catalog from Empire View is still loading. The KPI shows a count once loading finishes.

## Can I filter the line table by more than one brand at a time?

No. The brand pills are single-select. Click a pill to filter by that brand, and click it again to clear the filter.

## Why did an asset end up on a different line than I expected?

Signal matches each asset to the first active line whose match rule fits it, by model code if the line has one set, otherwise by brand and, if set, equipment type. If more than one line could match an asset, it goes to whichever line comes first.

## Why don't I see Products in the sidebar?

This feature may not be enabled for your organization. Ask your Zephyr Intel contact.
