# Why a menu item is missing

If a menu item you expect is not in your sidebar, one of two things is happening.

### It is not enabled for your organization

Analytics, Products and Visit Planning can each be turned on or off per organization. If one is off for your organization, its item does not appear in the sidebar or bottom tabs. If you type or click a direct link to that page anyway, Signal sends you back to the Dashboard without an error message.

If you expect one of these areas, ask your Zephyr Intel contact.

### It is staff only

Org Admin is visible only to Zephyr Intel staff accounts. It never appears for customer accounts, regardless of permissions.
