# Save and reuse views

Save a combination of filters and sort order as a view so you can reapply it later without setting it up again.

> **Screenshot placeholder:** the Views menu open with two saved views listed and the pencil and trash icons visible on the hovered row.

### Steps to save a view

1. Set the filters, search and sort you want to save.
2. Click **Views** in the toolbar.
3. Click **Save current view**. This is disabled until you have at least one filter, a search, the Drafts or Archived toggle on, or a sort column set.
4. Type a name and click **Save**.

### Steps to apply, rename or delete a view

1. Click **Views** in the toolbar to open the list of saved views.
2. Click a view to apply its filters and sort. The button label changes to show the active view's name.
3. Hover over a view to see its rename and delete icons.
4. To rename, click the pencil icon, type the new name, and press Enter or click **Save name**.
5. To delete, click the trash icon.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Deleting a saved view has no confirmation step. Once you click delete, the view is gone.
{% endhint %}

### What a saved view captures

A saved view stores your filters, your search text, the Drafts/Archived toggle, and your sort column. It does not store your column choices or your view mode (Table, Map or Split).

### Notes

* Saved views are stored on your account, so they follow you between computers and browsers.
* If you have no saved views yet, the list shows "No saved views yet".
