# Model manuals

Model manuals are manuals scoped to a brand and a model code instead of a single asset. Upload one manual and every asset that matches that brand and model picks it up automatically, so you do not have to attach it to each asset by hand. Use this tab when you have a manufacturer's manual that applies to a whole model line.
