# Read your Dashboard at a glance

Dashboard opens automatically when you sign in to Signal on a laptop or desktop. This page describes what's on it.

### What you see

* **Greeting**: "Good morning", "Good afternoon" or "Good evening" followed by your first name, and the line "Here's what needs your attention today."
* **Orientation cards**: three cards across the top: Total Equipment, Customers and Needs Attention. Click any card to jump to the related list.
* **Hunting List**: a ranked table of assets to call, sorted by opportunity score.
* **Spare Sales**: a chart and table of recent aftermarket parts transactions, with a toggle for 30, 60 or 90 days.

The Hunting List and Spare Sales sit side by side on wide screens and stack on narrower ones.

### What refreshes automatically

Signal loads your organization's full asset catalog when you sign in and keeps refreshing it in the background. Counts on the Dashboard update as new data arrives, without you reloading the page. A thin loading bar appears at the top of the screen while the catalog is still loading in.

### Notes

If your organization's sales data has not been connected, the Spare Sales area shows "No spare sales data available" instead of the chart and table. The rest of the Dashboard works the same either way.
