# Analyze recent Spare Sales

Spare Sales shows recent aftermarket parts revenue and the individual transactions behind it.

### Steps

1. Click **30d**, **60d** or **90d** to change the time window. Signal recalculates the chart and table for that window.
2. Point at a bar in the chart to see that month's revenue.
3. Click a column heading in the transactions table to sort by it. Click the same heading again to reverse the order.
4. Click **Previous** or **Next** to move between pages of transactions.

### What you see

* A header total, for example "$42,300 in 90d".
* A bar chart with one bar per month.
* A transactions table with these columns: **Date**, **Document #**, **Customer**, **Part**, **Parent Pump Serial** and **Amount**. Blank fields show a dash.
* A pagination footer: "Showing 1-10 of 34", with **Previous** and **Next** buttons and the current page number. The table shows 10 transactions per page.

### Notes

* Changing the time window, or changing the sort, takes you back to page 1 of the table.
* If your organization's sales data has not been connected, this area shows "No spare sales data available" instead of the chart and table. Ask your Zephyr Intel contact to connect it.
* If your organization has sales data but none in the selected window, the header still shows "$0 in {period}d" and the chart and table are hidden.
