# Review and remove bulletins

See the technical bulletins published to a customer and remove the ones that no longer apply.

### Steps

1. Open the customer's Portal tab.
2. Find the **Existing Bulletins** panel. Each bulletin shows its title, scope, and publish date.
3. To remove one, click **Remove** on its row.
4. Confirm the delete when your browser asks **Delete bulletin ""?**

**What you seeScope shows as All facilities, Facility: , or Facilities: , when a bulletin covers more than one. After you confirm, Signal shows Technical bulletin removed. and the row disappears.NotesIf the customer has no bulletins yet, the panel shows No customer bulletins yet.If removal fails, Signal shows Failed to remove technical bulletin. Please try again.Removing a bulletin is permanent. There is no way to bring it back from Signal.**
