# View end users served by a distributor

For a distributor customer, see the downstream companies that are actually running the equipment your distributor sells and services.

> **Screenshot placeholder:** a distributor customer page with **End users served** selected, showing the table of end users with asset counts and potential.

### Steps

1. Open the distributor's customer page.
2. Above the sites list, click **End users served · N** to switch away from **Offices · N**.

### What you see

A table lists each end user with:

* **End user**: the company name.
* **Location**: city and state, when known.
* **Assets via them**: how many of the distributor's assets are installed there.
* **Last order**: days since the last spare sale, or a dash when there is none.
* **Potential / yr**: estimated yearly aftermarket potential, or a dash when it cannot be estimated.

Rows are sorted by asset count, highest first.

### Direct and indirect accounts

Signal builds this list from asset records and sales history. An end user counts as a **direct account** if it also exists as its own customer in Signal; clicking its row opens that customer's page. If it does not exist as a customer yet, clicking the row shows a brief message telling you it is tracked through the distributor and does not have its own account.

### Notes

If no assets have been registered with an operating company different from the distributor, this view shows a message that no end users have been derived yet.
