# Share the portal URL

Get the link to a customer's portal so you can send it to them.

### Steps

1. On the customer's Portal tab, find **Portal URL:** near the top of the card.
2. Click the copy icon to copy the link. Signal shows **Copied!** for a few seconds to confirm.
3. Click the open-in-new-tab icon to open the portal yourself in a new tab.

### Notes

The portal URL only appears while the portal is active. Each customer's URL is different, and it points to the version of the portal your organization uses, so do not reuse a URL from one customer for another.
