# Search, filter and sort customers

Use search, filters, and sort to find specific customers or narrow the list to the ones that need attention.

### Filter by account type

Click **All types**, **Distributors**, or **End users** above the list. Customers without an account type set show only under **All types**.

### Search

Type in the **Search customers...** box to match a customer's name or their city and state. Search is not case-sensitive and returns you to page 1.

### Open the Filters panel

Click **Filters** to open the filter panel. A count badge on the button shows how many filters are active; search and account type do not count toward this number.

Brand and Location have no options to choose from today. Use search or the other filters instead.

Each active filter shows as a pill below the panel; click its X to remove it, or click **Clear all** to remove every filter (your search text stays).

### Sort the list

Choose an option from the sort menu: **Opportunity Score** (default, highest first), **Asset Count**, **Last Order Date** (newest first), or **Alphabetical**. Changing the sort returns you to page 1.

### What you see

If no customers match, the list shows **"No customers found"**. If you also have a search term set, click **Clear filters** to reset everything.
