# Export customers to CSV

Download the customers currently shown on screen as a CSV file you can open in a spreadsheet.

### Steps

1. On desktop, set up the search, filters, and sort you want. The export only includes the customers currently on your screen.
2. Click **Export**. Signal downloads a file named **Signal\_Customers\_.csv**.

### What you see

The file has one row per customer, with these columns: Customer Name, Facilities, Assets, Revenue Trend, Maintenance Alerts, Maintenance Revenue, Opportunity Score, Last Order Date, Primary Location, Facility Names.

Export only includes the current page of results, up to 25 customers. To export a different set, filter or sort until the customers you want are on the page, then export.

### Notes

* The **Export** button is only available on tablet and desktop.
* **Export** is disabled when there are no customers on the current page.
