# Jump to Empire View from analytics

Every card in Analytics has a **View in Empire** button. It takes the rows currently shown on that card and opens Empire View already filtered to match, so you can move from a ranking or chart straight to the underlying equipment.

### What it pre-filters

Clicking **View in Empire** opens Empire View filtered to:

* The serial numbers behind the current card's rows.
* The brands involved.
* The customers involved, where the card is customer-based.

The filter reflects your current Brands selection and, on the Model Performance and Model Sales Share cards, the current sort. If a card has very many serial numbers to carry over, Signal passes them a different way behind the scenes, but Empire View opens with the same filtered result either way.

### Notes

* **View in Empire** is grayed out when a card has nothing to scope, for example an empty table.
* This feature may not be enabled for your organization. Ask your Zephyr Intel contact.
