# Parts intelligence tables

Three tables on the Install Base Analytics tab look at spare parts across your installed equipment, using the bill-of-materials (BOM) data attached to each asset. Each table has its own **View in Empire** and **Download CSV** buttons.

### Common Parts Across Models

Header: **{n} unique parts**. Lists parts that appear in the bill of materials of more than one model, so you can see which stock items cover the widest range of equipment. Sort by Part, Models, Assets or Qty; Models sorts first, highest to lowest. When nothing matches, the table shows "No BOM part data found for the selected brands."

### Cross-Brand Common Parts

Header: **{n} shared parts**. Narrows the same idea to parts shared across more than one brand or manufacturer, useful for consolidating stock across brands you carry. Sort by Part, Brands, Models or Qty; Brands sorts first, highest to lowest. When nothing matches, the table shows "No cross-brand part overlap found."

### Recommended Spares Across Models / Brands

Header: **{n} recommended parts**. Lists parts flagged as a recommended spare anywhere in your customers' equipment, with up to three brands shown per part before the list collapses to **+{n}**. Sort by Part, Assets, Models, Brands, Qty or Customers; Assets sorts first, highest to lowest. When nothing matches, the table shows "No recommended spare entries found in BOMs for the selected brands."

### Notes

* Each table paginates at 10 rows and resets to page 1 when you change the Brands filter or the sort column.
* **Download CSV** and **View in Empire** are grayed out when a table has no rows. See Export analytics to CSV for the exact columns each file contains.
* These three tables show their empty-state message, not a loading message, while data is still loading.
* This feature may not be enabled for your organization. Ask your Zephyr Intel contact.
