# Install Base by Brand / Model and the share chart

Two cards on the Install Base Analytics tab break down your installed equipment by brand and model code: a sortable table and a share chart.

### Use the Install Base by Brand / Model table

1. Open the **Install Base by Brand / Model** card. The header shows **{n} model combo(s) · {n} units** for the current brand selection.
2. Click a column header to sort by it: Brand, Model Code, Install Base, Share or Customers. Install Base sorts first by default, highest to lowest. Click a header again to reverse the order.
3. Use **Previous** and **Next** to move between pages, 10 rows at a time.
4. Click **Download CSV** to export the table, using the columns Brand, Model Code, Install Base, Share and Customers.
5. Click **View in Empire** to open Empire View pre-filtered to these brands and models.

Below the table, a note line reads "Models with zero sales in the selected scope: {n}". This counts brand and model combinations with units in the field but no aftermarket sales, equipment that may be due for an outreach call.

### Read the Brand / Model Install Base Share chart

This two-ring donut chart shows the same population split visually. The header reads **{n} units**. The inner ring shows each brand's share of the installed base; the outer ring shows each model code's share within its brand. Hover a slice to see **Install base: {n} ({percent}%)**. Unlike the sales share chart, this one includes every model with units in the field, regardless of whether it has any sales.

### Notes

* While data loads, the table shows "Loading install-base analytics…" and the chart shows "Loading install-base chart…". With no matching data, they show "No install-base records found for the selected brands." and "No install-base brand/model data available for the current selection."
* This feature may not be enabled for your organization. Ask your Zephyr Intel contact.
