# Customer Install Base Breakdown

The Customer Install Base Breakdown table lists every customer with equipment in your account, along with how many units, models and brands they hold. Use it to see which customers are the biggest accounts by equipment footprint.

### Steps

1. Open the **Customer Install Base Breakdown** card. The header shows **{n} customer(s)** for the current brand selection.
2. Click a column header to sort by it: Customer, Units, Models or Brands. Units sorts first by default, highest to lowest.
3. Use **Previous** and **Next** to move between pages, 10 rows at a time.
4. Click **Download CSV** to export the table, using the columns Customer, Address, Units, Models and Brands.
5. Click **View in Empire** to open Empire View pre-filtered to these customers.

### What you see

Each row shows the customer name and address. When Signal cannot resolve a customer's name, the row shows "Unknown Customer". When it has a name but no address on file, the row shows "Address unavailable" instead of blank space.

### Notes

* With no matching data, the table shows "No customer-level install-base data for the current selection."
* **Download CSV** and **View in Empire** are grayed out when the table has no rows.
* This feature may not be enabled for your organization. Ask your Zephyr Intel contact.
