# User Management tab

Who can do this: Zephyr staff only. Granting products to a user needs staff admin.

The **User Management** tab of Organization Admin lists every user across every organization. Use it to look up a user's account, change their permissions or product access, or simulate them. Open Organization Admin; **User Management** is the default tab.
