# Simulate a user

Who can do this: Zephyr staff only.

Simulation lets you browse Signal scoped to a specific customer user's organization, so you can see what they see. Use it to confirm a permission change, a feature flag, or a data issue from the customer's point of view, without asking them to share their screen. Start it from **User Management** in Organization Admin.
