# Administration (Zephyr staff)

Administration is where Zephyr Intel staff manage organizations and users across every customer on Signal. It is not visible to customer accounts.

Who can do this: Zephyr staff only. Some actions inside it need staff admin.

Use this section to find and update a customer organization, manage which products and permissions a user has, or browse Signal as a specific user to verify what they see. A few actions here are irreversible or affect a customer's data, so each page notes what confirmation, if any, the app asks for before you proceed.
